Ms. Sultan was born and raised in Miami Beach, Florida.  In 1986, Ilene earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Florida with a distinction in Business and Finance.  Upon graduation, she transitioned her Business degree into her first job within the healthcare industry at St. Francis Hospital in Miami Beach.  Her healthcare career continued in becoming the Senior Planner at Mount Sinai Medical Center and then entering private healthcare consulting.  In late 2000, Ilene joined the Memorial Healthcare System in Broward County and is currently the Administrative Director of Strategic Planning for the healthcare system.  She oversees the organization’s strategic planning and participates in the development of the organization’s vision, policies and short/long-term objectives.  She is responsible for recommending cost effective and efficient solutions in alignment with industry trends.

Ilene is a member of the Broward Regional Health Planning Council and the Florida Hospital Association.  Outside of healthcare, her interests include being involved and volunteering for many organizations and compassionate causes.  Ilene is a Board Member for B THE DIFFERENCE and she also is an executive board member for the Holocaust Documentation and Education Center.

Ilene has been married since January 2014 to Keith London and they reside in Hallandale Beach, FL.  and enjoys athletics and all outdoor activities and loves to travel.
