Steph is the Co-Founder of B the Difference and helped create this charity for the love of her brother, Brandon, and the desire to help those who are currently battling Neurofibromatosis. Born and raised in South Florida, Steph graduated from the Florida State University with a Bachelor’s degree in Commercial Music and Business Minor. She is a classically trained vocalist.  After working in the Music Industry for Razor & Tie Records in New York and WJRR in Orlando, FL, Steph moved out to the Vail Valley in Colorado.  Her professional career continued teaching snowboarding and then joining the Sponsorships & Events department for the Beaver Creek Resort Company.  Continuing her love for events, she became the Tasting Room, Sponsorships, & Events Manager for Crazy Mountain Brewing Company.  She then transitioned into the hospitality industry as the Chef Concierge at Park Hyatt Beaver Creek, where she was able to create and foster relationships with companies in the community who believe in B the Difference’s mission. This also allowed her to assist in developing and executing events and curating B Happy trips, which she enjoys thoroughly.

She is currently the Executive Coordinator for the Town of Vail, which gives her the fortunate position to continue to maintain relationships within our community of supporters, both residents and companies alike.

Steph can be found snowboarding and snowmobiling in the winter and hiking, rafting, and camping in the summer with her husband, Chris, and avalanche rescue dog, Luna.
